Any Pastor, or teacher who teaches that “Jesus is god” is a false prophet and a false teacher that you should run from immediately! The earliest Christians did not have a “New Testament”, they had the Scriptures of Judaism (the Torah) what is now called by Christians and most of the world, the Old Testament. The early Christians had no writings of their own until “Paul” began to write to the churches that he founded, sometime in the 40’s AD, decades after the crucifixion of Jesus. The Christian “gospels” weren’t written until Circa A.D. 45–100, that’s when the original 27 books of the Greek “New Testament” were written. Until then, the stories about Jesus and his sayings must have circulated orally because for a few generations there was not a written record of Jesus, and it’s very possible ( based on the social climate of the Romans and Jews during this period), that Jesus is a fictional character. In ‘New Testament times’, there was no such thing as a New Testament.

The early Christians got the idea of a New Testament (A New Agreement) as being prophesied in the Hebrew Bible’s Book of Jeremiah:
“Behold, the days are coming, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah; not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; forasmuch as they broke My covenant, although I was a lord over them, saith the LORD. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the LORD, I will put My law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people; and they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying: ‘Know the LORD’; for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more”. Jeremiah 31:31
When The God of Israel makes His new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, His new covenant will not be an announcement of a new God named Jesus! His new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah will not contradict His Torah. It is clear as stated above what His new covenant will be after the arrival of the messiah.
The use of the phrase “New Testament” to describe a collection of first and second-century Christian Greek scriptures can be traced back to a Christian author in North “Roman Africa” named “Tertullian” who speaks against someone named “Marcion” and uses the phrase “New Testament” several times, but does not use it in reference to any written text. “Tertullian interestingly states “it is certain that the whole aim at which he [Marcion] has strenuously labored, even in the drawing up of his Antitheses, centers in this, that he may establish a diversity between the Old and the New Testaments, so that his own Christ may be separate from the Creator, as belonging to this rival God, and as alien from the law and the prophets”.

So, this “Tertullian” an early Christian apologist, who is also called “the father of Latin Christianity”, as well as “the founder of Western theology”, and is the first to use the term “trinity” identifies “Christ” as separate from God, and refers to him as a rival. Based on this, the early Christians never identified Jesus as being God, and made a point to separate him from Him. Lactantius, a 3rd–4th century Christian author wrote in his early-4th-century Latin Institutiones Divinae (Divine Institutes)
“But all scripture is divided into two Testaments. That which preceded the advent and passion of Christ—that is, the law and the prophets—is called the Old; but those things which were written after His resurrection are named the New Testament. The Jews make use of the Old, we of the New: but yet they are not discordant, for the New is the fulfilling of the Old, and in both there is the same testator, even Christ, who, having suffered death for us, made us heirs of His everlasting kingdom, the people of the Jews being deprived and disinherited. As the prophet Jeremiah testifies when he speaks such things: “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new testament to the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not according to the testament which I made to their fathers, in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; for they continued not in my testament, and I disregarded them, saith the Lord.”] … For that which He said above, that He would make a New Testament to the house of Judah, shows that the Old Testament which was given by Moses was not perfect; but that which was to be given by Christ would be complete”.
On the contrary, the Torah was and is perfect it was the people who were ungrateful and imperfect!
During the entire lifetime of “Jesus” (as clearly written in the Christian bible called New Testament) Jesus himself didn’t call himself God and didn’t consider himself as being God, and … neither did any of his disciples.
Jesus does however call himself God in the gospel of John, in which Jesus says things like, “Before Abraham was, I am.” and, “I and the Father are one,” and, “If you’ve seen me, you’ve seen the Father.” These are all statements that are only in the Gospel of John out of all of the books in the Christian bible and there’s no proof that “Jesus” said it. Why didn’t the books of Mathew, Mark and Luke refer to him as God? Actually, the authors of the Christian gospels are all pseudonymous, (fake names) attributed to who Christians refer to as” the four evangelists” Mathew, Mark and Luke, each who “allegedly” had close ties to Jesus. Mark is thought to be written by John Mark an associate of Peter; Matthew is thought to be written by one of Jesus’ disciples; and Luke by a companion of Paul mentioned in a few New Testament epistles; and John is thought to be written by another of Jesus’ disciples, known as the “beloved disciple“, who is only mentioned in the New Testament book of John. In other words, no one knows who wrote those books because the authors of the books didn’t sign their names to them.

The New Oxford Annotated Bible claims, “Scholars generally agree that the Gospels were written forty to sixty years after the death of Jesus. They thus do not present eyewitness or contemporary accounts of Jesus’s life and teaching”. The Torah (aka Old Testament) however, was given to the Jews through Moses DIRECTLY FROM GOD on Mt. Sinai and there were witnesses to the event. This fact makes the Torah reliable, and with no eyewitnesses or contemporary accounts of Jesus, the entire New Testament is unreliable. That being said, God states clearly and continuously in the Torah that He is One God. Jesus was never mentioned in the Torah, nor was any other god being God except the God of the Jews:
Isaiah 40:12-31 ‘Who measured the waters in His palm, gauged the Heavens with a span, measured in a huge vessel the dust of the earth, and weighed mountains with a scale and hills with a balance? Who can appraise the spirit of God, His man of counsel who informs Him? From whom did He seek counsel? Who gave Him insight? Who taught Him about the path of justice? Who taught Him wisdom? Who explained the way of knowledge to Him? Behold, all the nations are like a drop from a bucket and are reckoned like the dust rubbing off a scale; behold, He will cast away the islands like dust. The Lebanon is insufficient kindling, and its beasts are insufficient elevation-offerings. All the nations are like nothing before Him, as nothingness and emptiness are they reckoned by Him’. This verse and the following verses describes God The Creator, not a man (Jesus) who was killed by the Romans.
I SAMUEL 15:29 Moreover, the Eternal One of Israel does not lie and does not relent, for He is not a human that He should relent.
NUMBERS 23:19 God is not a man that He should be deceitful, nor a son of man that He should relent. Would He say and not do, or speak and not confirm it?
Isaiah 43:11 None but me, GOD; Beside Me, none can grant triumph.
Isaiah 44:6 This said GOD, the Sovereign of Israel, Their Redeemer, GOD of Hosts: I am the first and I am the last, and there is no god but Me.
Isaiah 44:7 Who like Me can announce, can foretell it- and match Me thereby? Even as I told the future to an ancient people, so let anyone foretell coming events to them.
Isaiah 44:24 Thus said GOD, YOUR Redeemer, Who formed you in the womb: It is I, GOD, who made everything, Who alone stretched out the heavens and unaided spread out the earth, Who annul the omens of diviners, and make fools of the augurs; Who turn sages back and make nonsense of their knowledge;
Isaiah 45:5-8 I am GOD and there is none else; Beside Me, there is no god. I will gird you, though you have not known Me, in order that those from east and west would know, that there is nothing besides Me. I am GOD and there is no other, I am the One Who forms light and creates darkness, Who makes peace and creates evil- I am GOD Maker of all these.
Isaiah 45:21-23 Proclaim and approach; even let (your leaders) take counsel together: Who let this be heard from aforetimes, or related it from of old? Is it not I, God? There is no other god besides Me. Turn to Me and be saved all ends of the earth, for I m God and there is no other. I swear by Myself righteousness has gone forth from My mouth, a word that will not be rescinded: that to Me shall every knee kneel and every tongue swear. (This verse was manipulated by Christianity making its parishioners believe that it is referring to Jesus).
Isaiah 46:9 Bear in mind what happened of old; for I am God, and there is none else, I am divine, and there is none like Me
During the time of Jesus, the Romans referred to their emperors as “god”, actually calling them god; so, if Christians were actually calling Jesus god during this period, it was in complete context to the norm of that period, not to literally imply that Jesus was in fact the God of the Jewish people. The belief in Jesus as divine arose shortly after his crucifixion, and the belief in Jesus as “God the Son”, an” incarnation of God” and the “second divine person” developed decades after his death. God says explicitly and repeatedly that He alone is God and promises destruction to anyone who worships anyone/anything besides Him. If Jesus were actually sent by God, he would have never blasphemed by calling himself God or making himself even remotely equal to Him. If Jesus referred to himself as God or His equal, he is even lower than Satan for at least Satan doesn’t equate himself to his Creator. If Jesus referred to himself as God or His equal, he was an anti-God, the anti-Christ that Christians teach about! That’s most likely why God allowed him to be crucified,(that’s IF he even existed). God said “there is no other God but Me.”

The Church systematically and deliberately altered the Jewish Scriptures in order to persuade people that Jesus is the promised Jewish messiah and they accomplished this by manipulating, misquoting and deliberately fabricating verses of the Hebrew scriptures so that these texts appear to be speaking about Jesus. There is still time to denounce Christianity and repent of idolatry. God is ONE, He is not two or three, He is One all by Himself. He never sent anyone named Jesus to stand in for Him, He never possessed Jesus and walked around on earth while heaven was left on auto-pilot- none of that makes any sense. Think about what you’ve been brainwashed to believe and ask yourself why do you believe it? Because you were told to “just believe” even if it makes no sense and there’s no proof?
God has made available THE TRUTH (the Torah, not the Christian version called the Old Testament, but the Hebrew Bible) and His truth has proof and it makes sense. JESUS IS NOT GOD. HE NEVER WAS and NEVER WILL BE and that lie about “his death was to atone for our sins…”, the ONLY atonement for sin is genuine repentance, not someone dying for you!

This was certainly worth reading! Our school system has failed us all especially in the area of history! The church made worse everything else. I have never heard of anything that I just read here. I’m used to my pastor saying “don’t question god, just believe by faith”. My entire family will burn forever in hell for calling Jesus God! I have a lot of pastors in my family who have their whole church praying to Jesus! Calling Jesus the god head, God in the flesh, you name it and I’ve heard it! It is written all over the old testament that God Himself says that He is God alone, that no one else is His equal, ec. etc. I don’t understand, can’t the pastors read? Can’t the people read? Are they under some type of curse or spirit of stupidity or something? Can you imagine the countless numbers of people who have become idol worshipers because of Christianity and those who know that something is wrong with it but still wont leave? I actually asked one of my pastor relatives one day why they say Jesus is go to the church when they know that he’s not and my relative in so many words admitted that he knows that Jesus is not god but he continues to tell the church that he is.

No, he’s NOT God! And people need to stop calling him that (that’s even if he really ever existed). God is ONE it’s all over the old testament, torah, whatever you want to call it. God is ONE, He always was and always will be!

And if people would stop calling Jesus god maybe just maybe God will have mercy on us and give us more time to repent.

I didn’t realize how strong the brainwashing effects of Christianity were until I left it. One thing about the internet era is that it allowed me to search out information that seemed hidden, only the pastor knew certain things, the congregation was ignorant relying solely on what came from the pulpit. How embarrassed I am, today realizing that I taught others this lie believing it myself that Jesus was god. I pray that God will forgive me for idol worship and for directing others to do so as well. The brainwashing is so effective that I believe you have to have earned special merits to be broken from the grips of Christianity. May God help all who believe that Christianity is the truth really in their hearts and want to be free from all lies. May God break the strongholds of Christianity and idol worship for all who want nothing but the truth.

Christians of today are waking up, at least a great number of them are. We wanted the truth and the truth is now made available with proof to back it up, no more of the days of “just believe” for me! OR just taking the pastors word for everything. I have a lot of repenting to do. I wasted a lot of years in a false religion, in a lie that could have ended with me going to hell if it weren’t for God allowing me to find the truth! When I thought that my sins were automatically forgiven as taught in the church, it led me to become a big big sinner without any real fear of God or Hell, that’s a very dangerous place to be. It’s wonderful that God had mercy on me to allow me time NOW to repent of all of the sins that I never repented from, and to begin a life of holiness with real fear of heaven.

Thanks for this truth! People who want the truth will certainly find it. Many people to be hnest know tht there is a problem in Christianity but they are too afraid to be different from the beliefs of their family members to come out of it. They are followers of people instead of followers of truth (which is God). Jesus is not god. This is my confession to the whole world. There is only one God and His Name is not jesus.

There are actually 28 bible passages which explicitly teach that there is only One God. I can’t understand how Jesus being god actually came about. I will dare to call it subtle brainwashing. If you look at an old Christian bible there is no reference to Jesus being god and when I was very very young, no preacher dared say that Jesus is god. Deuteronomy 4:35,39, Deuteronomy 6:4, Deuteronomy 32:39, 2 Samuel 7:22, 1Kings 8:60, 2Kings 5:15, 2Kings 19:15, 1Chronicles 17:20, Nehemiah 9:6, Psalm 18:31, Psalm 86:10, Isaiah 37:16,20, Isaiah 43:10,11, Isaiah 44:6,8, Isaiah 45:21, Isaiah 46:9, Hosea 13:4, Joel 2:27, Zechariah 14:9, Mark 12:29-34, John 17:3, Romans 3:30, Corinthians 8:4-6, Galatians 3:20, Ephesians 4:6, 1Timothy 2:5, James 2:19. Here it is for anyone to cross reference so if any Christian is calling anyone God except God Himself should repent because it is idolatry. I have heard many Christians say this but I for sure DONT. I know who God is and I know that He is NOT Jesus and that Jesus is some “godhead”.

There are MANY who actually know the truth, they know that Jesus is NOT god, they have doubts about this themselves but they are too proud to admit to their congregation that they have been teaching them WRONG for years. The pride of these arrogant pastors and religious leaders will cause many to follow them straight to HELL for calling a WHITE MAN god! How can God be reduced to a man? To His Own creation? I commend those spiritual leaders who learned the truth and closed their churches! I commend those who admitted to their congregation that they were taught wrongly by them because there are many leaders who did just that. We have a chance right now to repent and undo all of the brainwashing that was done to us. God has allowed us to live this long to do just that! To God, The God, The One and Only God of the Hebrew people, The God of Adam and Eve be glorified and praised forever! Amen.

The answer is a resounding NO, the early church never considered or called anyone God except God Himself! There was such thing as a god-head or any foolishness that has been incorporated into modern day Christianity which has become a disgraceful laughingstock of all religions. Even a dog knows that he is not equal to his master, what fool would say that God’s creation of man is equal to Him? or that He is so inadequate as the Supreme One that He had to embody Himself into something that He created to accomplish a mission (which we all know that Jesus didn’t accomplish anything except getting himself killed). I’m so ashamed that I was ever a part of mainstream Christianity completely ingulfed in all of their foolish manmade beliefs.
